No refunds will be made. All sales are final.
You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. Exchange is only permitted on products that are deemed defective or damaged. Frosting is not considered defective as it does not impact the burn or scent in any way. It's simply cosmetic that disappears once the candle is lit. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items.
We do not accept exchanges on used candles.
