FAQs
Why choose a soy wax candle?
Soy wax candles are better for the environment because they burn cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax candles and doesn't have any black soot.
Why does my candle wax look unusual?
Soy wax candles have a common characteristic known as "frosting". Frosting is a naturally occurring phenomenon, common with vegetable waxes such as soy, and occurs with temperature changes during the cooling process. The wax is trying to return to its natural state and as a result may create some crystallization on the surface of the candle.
Frosting is a natural and unique characteristic of soy wax and does not affect the burn or scent in any way. It's just one of the natural and beautiful features of soy wax and demonstrates how pure it really is.
How do I burn the candle?
Always trim your wick 1/4” prior to lighting each use, this will ensure an even burn and will extend the life of your candle.
